Fencing that stays straight
A fence is only as good as its posts. We dig to proper depth, concrete every post, and use H4/H5 treated timber below ground — so your fence stays straight through Auckland's wet winters instead of leaning after two years.
Fence styles we build
- Timber paling fences — the classic Kiwi boundary fence, in standard, capped or shiplap styles.
- Horizontal slat fences — modern street appeal for front yards and feature walls.
- Aluminium & pool fencing — compliant pool fencing and low-maintenance boundary options.
- Gates — single, double and driveway gates built to match, hung so they swing and latch properly.
Sharing costs with your neighbour
Under the Fencing Act, neighbours generally share the cost of an adequate boundary fence. We're happy to provide a quote you can share with your neighbour, and we'll split the invoice if you both agree — it makes the conversation much easier.
Fencing FAQs
How long does a new fence take?
Most residential fences go up in 2–5 working days once materials are on site, depending on length and ground conditions.
Can you remove the old fence?
Yes — removal and disposal of the old fence is itemised in your quote so you can see exactly what it costs.
Is your pool fencing compliant?
Yes. All pool fencing is built to the Building (Pools) Act requirements — heights, gaps, and self-closing, self-latching gates.
